There’s something wonderfully autumnal and 1930s about this Heritage Sling. Rich, earthy colour, botanical tapestry, hand embroidered doilies and shaggy green faux fur, with just enough mystery woven through the mix.

Vintage wool blanket sits alongside beautiful old upholstery fabrics, check tartan wool and a lining of orange and sage vintage sheeting. A little treasure hunt of textures, patterns and curious rescued and reloved details.

I’ve named this Heritage Edit after an author I’ve loved my whole life. I fell in love with her stories, her characters and that delicious sense of escapade and intrigue. Her command of the English language.. swoon. Perhaps that’s why this one feels a little like it belongs somewhere between an overgrown garden, a grand old house or a journey down the Nile.
